Nosedive.ai is a real estate analytics platform that aggregates publicly available market data, including property price drops, mortgage rates, employment statistics, and housing indices. The Service is available in both free and paid ("Pro") tiers.
The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on Nosedive.ai constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any real estate asset. All investment decisions are made at your own risk. To access Pro features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate.

Automated data collection from the Service is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized scraping, crawling, harvesting, or extraction of data from Nosedive.ai — whether through automated tools, manual bulk collection, or any other method — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, permanent IP banning, and legal action.
We actively monitor for scraping activity and reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and applicable state laws. Violators may be held liable for statutory damages, actual damages, and attorney's fees.
Data obtained through the Service is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only unless you have a separate written agreement with Nosedive.ai. Any commercial use, redistribution, or incorporation of our data into other products or services requires explicit written authorization.
All content, design, user interface, user experience, visual layout, branding, logos, trade dress, color schemes, typography, iconography, dashboard layouts, analytics methodologies, scoring algorithms, and software code on Nosedive.ai are the exclusive property of Nosedive.ai and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

The underlying market data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms. However, our unique selection, arrangement, coordination, and presentation of such data constitutes a protectable compilation under copyright law.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate market analyses, insights, and recommendations. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. It should not be treated as professional advice. Always verify AI-generated insights with independent sources before acting on them.
The Service aggregates data from third-party sources including but not limited to Redfin, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), and Freddie Mac. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data or the content of external links.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nosedive.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment returns, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
